These are the locations a client can be asked to attend for a consultation. Whichever office you set on a consignment is the one shown to that client.
Records are kept in Airtable, on every device, and there is nothing to set up.
Every record you add or edit is written to your Consignment CRM base straight away, and signing in fetches the whole list back — so your phone, your computer and a borrowed laptop all show the same records. This used to be a switch you had to find, which is why a phone that had never been through this page showed something different.
Leave this empty. It is only for pointing the portal at an endpoint hosted somewhere other than this site. Base appAtVTAcW84Enbpl · tables Clients and Consignment Items. The endpoint holds your Airtable token; this page never sees it.
A backup is a single file holding every consignment, every setting and every attachment. Download one before you deploy, and keep the last few. Restoring replaces everything currently in this browser with the contents of the file.
The dashboard already fetches everything from Airtable each time you sign in, so you should rarely need this. It adds anything missing without touching what is already here, which makes it safe to press whenever you like.
Leave the key box empty. Being signed in is enough. The box is only for restoring from another computer's endpoint, or from a script.
Clients are sent to this page on the Luxury Supply website to read the terms, upload their identification and sign. Change it here if the page ever moves.
Leave it blank and the portal uses luxurysupply.co.uk/consignmentagreement.
A different form for items we buy outright, since there is no commission and no term to agree. A client who takes a buyout is sent here instead.
There is no fallback for this one. Until a link is saved here, a client who accepts a buyout is told the agreement will be emailed to them — they are never sent to the consignment agreement by mistake. The link is stamped onto each item as you save it, which is how it reaches the client's own phone.
When an item sells the client signs a second form confirming the figure and the account the money goes to. Nothing is paid until it is back with you, and the countdown the client sees runs from the day it arrives.
The standard form. If you make a personalised one for a client, put that on their consignment under "After the sale" and it takes precedence.
Check this points at the right page on your website before you tell any client about it.
Working days, so weekends are skipped. Bank holidays are not, which is why the client is always shown a range and the words "within".
Charged when a client asks for an item back before its term is up. Once a term has ended a return is free, and the portal works that out for itself. Set this to 0 and the early withdrawal option still appears, simply with nothing to pay.
DHL postage on a return is always quoted at cost and charged on top of this, never marked up.
Every event below is written to the consignment record as it happens. While your records are held in this browser they are listed here so you can see exactly what would go out; once Airtable is connected the matching automation sends the email.
From the luxeku field on the Products table in Luxury Supply FY26-27. Type the number and the LUXEKU prefix is added for you.
The client is asked to attend this office. Manage the list under Offices.
What we would pay to buy the item outright today, instead of taking it on consignment. Fill it in and the client is shown both figures on their page and takes one or the other — accepting one declines the other. Leave it blank for N/A and they see only the consignment offer below, exactly as they do now.
Shown to the client on their own page, directly above the figure. Wording is suggested for you and every word of it can be changed — the same sentence does not suit every client.
A first offer is suggested at 14 days and a revision at 48 hours, and you can set either to whatever this client needs. The countdown on their page and the expiry date in Airtable both follow whatever you put here.
An offer has already gone out. Change any of these three figures and saving will log it as a new offer — the old one stays on the record rather than being written over, and the clock restarts. To add a reason the client will see, use Revise the offer below instead.
Every offer this client has been given, newest first. Nothing here is ever overwritten, so if a figure is ever questioned you can show exactly what was offered and when.
Sits above the figure on their page. Suggested wording is filled in and all of it is yours to change.
48 hours by default, to keep things moving. Give a client who needs it longer, or shorten it if the item has to be decided this week.
Saving does not email anyone. It records the new figure and puts a Send button at the top of this card. The window you set above starts when you press Send — not now.
For an item that has been listed a while without selling. This is not a new offer — it is a new price put to the client on an item we already hold, and nothing changes until they accept it. The figures on the record stay as they are while it is pending.
Type the new list price and the payout fills itself in at 25% commission. It is only a starting point — round it or overwrite it and yours is the figure that goes to the client.
It does not email them — you tell them yourself. They see it and accept or decline the next time they log in.
The client signs the agreement form on the Luxury Supply website, where they also upload their identification. This portal sends them there and keeps a note of when it came back. Record it here once the form lands in your inbox.
The offer document, a certificate, a remittance advice — anything you want kept against this consignment. Tick show to the client and it appears on their own page; leave it unticked and only staff ever see it.
The better option. Put the file in Drive or Dropbox, set it to anyone-with-the-link, and paste the link here. It costs nothing to store and never fills the browser up.
Held inside this browser, so keep it small — a few hundred kilobytes. Watch the storage meter under Settings.
Three things happen once an item sells: it sells, the signed acceptance form comes back, and the money goes out. Record each one here and the client's page and emails follow automatically.
Leave blank and the commission comes off the sale price.
If you make up a fresh form for this client, paste its address here. It is what the "Sign the acceptance form" button on their page opens. Saved with the consignment.
This starts the payment clock — the client is told a date range counted from here, not from the sale.
Only for items coming back rather than selling. If the term has already ended there is no fee; before that it is an early withdrawal and the fee set under Settings applies. DHL postage is always charged at cost on top.
Advancing a stage updates the client's portal immediately and starts any relevant countdown.
Every stage this item has reached, and the date the portal has against it. These are the dates the countdowns are worked out from, so correcting one here corrects the client's page too.
Use this when you take on an item that was already under way — the portal stamped today, and today is not when it happened.
