Every slot a customer has booked, soonest first.
Opening times are not a pattern any more — they are the actual slots you put in the availability diary. A customer is offered those and nothing else, so a day you have not opened simply cannot be booked. The two boxes below are the only things still set here: the times the diary offers you as a starting point, and the address the customer is told to come to.
You should not normally see this. Signing in as staff already unlocks the diary, on any device — if this card is showing, that sign-in has expired, so sign in again and come back. The key below is the older way in and still works. Clients never need either; they only ever see the times you have opened.
Click a day to open or close times on it. A shaded day has times open; a green day is fully spoken for. Days with nothing on them are simply closed — clients cannot book them.

Whatever you tick here is what clients see. Nothing else is offered.
The quickest way to set a month up: choose the days of the week you expect to be free and the times you offer, and it opens every one of them across the month shown above. You can then go back through the grid and take out the odd day you know you cannot do.
Orders are kept in Airtable, on every device, and there is nothing to set up.
Every order you take or edit is written to the Luxury Supply — Fulfilment base straight away, and signing in fetches the whole list back — so your phone, your computer and a borrowed laptop all show the same orders. This used to be a switch you had to find, which is why a phone that had never been through this page showed something different.
Leave this empty. It is only for pointing the portal at an endpoint hosted somewhere other than this site. The endpoint holds the Airtable token, so this page never sees it. Orders are matched on the order reference, so saving the same order twice updates it rather than duplicating it.
The mirror runs one way: the portal writes to Airtable, never the other way round. Columns the portal does not send — your internal notes and the record owner — are yours to keep and cannot be overwritten from here.
Hand-off needs no setup at all: type the DHL tracking number onto the order and the customer sees it, with a copy button and a Track on dhl.com button. You move the order through the stages yourself. Mirroring shows DHL's scan history on your own page, and needs the connection below.
Register a free app at developer.dhl.com and request access to Shipment Tracking — Unified. DHL issue you an API key. This is separate from your DHL business account number — the account number pays for shipments, the API key lets a website read them. Choose one of the two options below.
Your key stays on your server. This page calls your endpoint with ?trackingNumber=… and expects DHL's JSON back. This is the only safe option once the portal is public.
Fine while you are testing on a shop laptop. Do not use this on the public customer page — anyone could read the key out of the page, and DHL's browser rules will usually block the call anyway.
With this on: a DHL "in transit" scan moves the order to Item dispatched, and a DHL "delivered" scan completes the order using DHL's own proof of delivery instead of an on-screen signature.
With neither option filled in, the portal runs in demonstration mode: it generates a realistic DHL timeline from the order's own stage so you can see exactly how the feature looks and behaves.
